Pricing information:

1. All prices exclude Florida TAX at 7%. unless shown otherwise.

2. Order confirmation and order validation: We will confirm your online order either by e-mail or by telephone.
3. Payment: We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express,Solo, Delta and Maestro cards. Payment will be debited to your account upon placement of your order. Alternatively we can accept checks made payable to "Driveshaft Parts USA LLC" and sent to the following address: - Driveshaft Parts, 3731 NE 4th Ave, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, 33334
4. Shipping of goods: We will endeavor to deliver your order to you 2-3 working days providing the goods are in stock. If we are not able to meet this deadline, we will contact you within 2 days of receipt of your order to arrange an alternative delivery date. However, if this is not acceptable to you, we will offer you the choice of cancellation or a refund.

6. Returns/Refund policy: Please note that you have the right to return a product or to cancel an order within the first 7 days following delivery (Excluding special order items - see below) –you will be responsible for the return carriage charges. Parts that have been fitted or are not in a resalable condition cannot be accepted back.
Incomplete/damaged or incorrect goods: In the unlikely event that the goods reach you damaged or incomplete we will endeavor to replace them for you as soon as possible. Please inform us of any damaged deliveries as soon as possible.
6.2 Faulty items: In the unlikely event that you suspect a part may be faulty please contact us so we can make arrangements to test it. Where goods are found to be faulty we can arrange for a refund, or if you prefer a replacement or credit note. Payment may be required for any replacement parts sent out before return of 'faulty' goods. If, after testing, the goods are found not to be at fault we regret that we are not always able to accept them back – however in certain circumstances we may be able to arrange for a credit note for the value of the goods (excluding shipping/delivery charges) less a 15% handling fee. (Damaged CV Joint boots void warranty)
Please note: You must inform us of damaged deliveries within 7 days of delivery. We are unable to accept responsibility for damage to goods beyond this period.
6.3 Returning Goods If you wish to return any item then please follow these basic steps:
(a) Contact us to notify us of the return.

Please note that we can only refund if goods are returned in the original packaging in "as new" condition.
(c) Attach a copy of the invoice as proof of purchase.
7. Product information and product images: Although we endeavor to provide you with the latest product information and to ensure that product images are identical to the items supplied, we cannot always guarantee that this will be the case. Product colours and styles can differ slightly from the published images.
8. Confidentiality of personal details: Personal details are held confidentially. Please note that we never divulge personal details to any third party and any information supplied is used solely for the purpose of processing your order or sending you regular email bulletins. If you decide that you would like to leave our mailing list, please ask and we will remove all of your details. 9. Suitability of products: Please note: It is your responsibility to ensure that the item that you have ordered is suitable for your car based on the information that we have published on our website. If you are in any doubt as to the suitability of any product for your vehicle then please contact us for further advice before ordering. All application information is supplied by the product manufacturers and all dates used in product descriptions are dates of vehicle manufacture, they are not vehicle registration dates. If you are in doubt please ask.
Our conditions of Sale do not affect your statutory rights. All our transactions are subject to English law.
